There are the following instances:

• It is not possible to cancel a confirmed transaction once it has been confirmed. Wicketlegend may, at its sole and absolute discretion, allow to cancel a transaction and receive a refund:

• The player can cancel such a payment by sending a written request to Wicketlegend from the registered email address; or

• Wicketlegend shall not be liable to refund any amount after that if the payment is made for participation in the paid versions. If a cancellation request is received at least 2 days in advance of the commencement of the round in which the payment is made, it will not be refunded.

• A refund may be issued to the player by Wicketlegend, at its sole and absolute discretion, after deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Players may also be required to agree to additional terms and conditions at the time of the transaction, and such additional terms and conditions shall also govern the transaction. Whenever the additional terms and conditions contain any clause that conflicts with the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions will prevail.

• Refunds are processed through the same mode / financial instrument as deposits.

• A refund may take up to 5-7 working days to be processed by the internal review team.

• According to the Income Tax Act 1961, all winnings are subject to tax deductions ("TDS"). These tax deductions will be documented in TDS certificates provided to winners. All other applicable taxes, including but not limited to income taxes, gift taxes, etc.

• Wicketlegend reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
